dont blame someone else for management's lack of professionalism.
They know the rules and just dont have it together enough to file. I certainly am not a fan of big companies or idiotic rules but come on,if you knew they were due and by not filing them would cause a halt on the stock what would you do if you were competent. Puleezzz.....
