Correct me if I'm wrong in my calculations:

Now: 500M A/S with 493M O/S @ 0.005
Soon: 1:100 R/S => 4,930,000 O/S @ 0.50 with 900M A/S and we know that insiders will own 89% no matter what. That makes 796,612,300 shares "restricted" for insiders with 103,387,700 of post R/S "free" shares that can be dumped to common shareholders at a new price. That's millions of dollars (even assuming the share price would dramatically fall from 0.50 post R/S once they start selling) in free money for PK and friends and millions of $$$ lost for stuckholders. AGAIN!
