I saw the Goldman Sach $1 price target on my Schwab StreetSmart Pro news screen. It actually was a DOWNGRADE from their initial target of $3.

Don't ask me to screen snap for ya pal ... hahaha

Anyways, PMI has had 15 quarters of losses. Their business model with all the forthcoming foreclosures appears to foreshadow continuing losses.

Trade PMI, don't fall in love with it, or the hype.
