PTSC has been a good example lately.......Will it continue to be? Who knows. It all changes daily. Check out the Intraday chart though on PTSC. The word is that PTSC is waiting word as to the settlement terms with INTEL (where INTEL will be paying them money.) http://www.otcbb.com/asp/Info_Center.asp
