This is the assumption you made and I've pointed it out as an

INCORRECT ASSUMPTION

Rather then speculate about O/S why not just produce a verifiable link?

Or is the company printing shares to fund the proposed Textraw merger? Makes more sense, ALCL can print shares for free & sell them at any PPS for profit
