ORDERED that Subject to the specific limitations set forth herein, the Pltff's motion, dtd. 6/14/11, to lift the stay of the asset freeze ordered against Deft Steven Y. Moskowitz is granted and Deft Moskowitz shall have his assets frozen. In accordance with the parties' agreement, Deft Moskowitz shall have access to necessary and reasonable monthly living expenses. Mr. Moskowitz is directed to submit to the SEC w/in one week of the signing of this Order a schedule setting forth his monthly living expenses. The parties are directed to advise the Court 1 week thereafter as to the monthly expense allowance they have agreed upon along with a proposed Order setting forth their agreement.
