Correct. No reason to even discuss it anymore. It's DOA. Yet we will, why?

The next report, or lack thereof, should be the final nail in the coffin. But of course it won't be. Until a shell is completely shut down by DTC, or Halted/Suspended/Delisted, it will continue to be used to attempt to milk the foolish.

A very sad profile of one segment of American "business" - the epitome of white collar crime, IMO.
