Desperation seems to fit CMGR. Why issue shares for cash and allow massive dilution at cheap such levels? Let's say CMGR sells 10 million shares at $0.001...all they got was $10,000 a far cry from the 10 million dollars they said earlier this year they needed. CMGR is allowing the price to plummet via dilution, because a reverse split coming once again. HOW MANY TIME CAN THEY DO THIS...so far 4X in a short period
