Well, lets think about that question. The SEC suspended LLEG and removed it from the Pinks, which in most cases is a death sentence for a stock. So, to answer your question, Yes, I think the SEC could, and did, see it.

Is Mike that cleaver as to pull the wool over the watchful eyes of the SEC? I think not.

This is the first time that I agree with anything you have written--I agree that Mike is not clever enough to pull the wool over the SEC. And that fact was proven when the SEC shut him down.
