The comment I would make in response to both posts, is that both are correct, imo, , but the market being an anticipatory animal, when company developments are appropriately confirming, wall street and it's analysts will clearly start to factor in anticipated revenue and the PE of ACTC will start to reflect that, way before actual booked revenues.
