I believe that any delay of production at all will be a negative that might be hard to overcome.

The bad image of "production will start .... if financing is available...." Happened one two many times.

In this environment: 1- need jobs, 2 - completely supported by county officials, 3 - financing obtained 4 - personnel and equipment is in steady stream = THEY ARE GOING TO MINE

Yes it could slip, worst case, into 1Q-2Q of 2012. They will mine and they are constantly presenting their case at investment conferences. Soon shares will be in stronger hands and this will eventually stop.
