Much of this sounds good but it is all just talk at this point. If it distracts the public and then no real action results the Hawks win. For instance if you think Lynn Woolsey has any sincere interest in ending the war you are seriously lost. Woolsey is a corrupt politician who would gladly escalate the war if she could gain politically from it.

Along with the talk, the politicians need a serious kick in the shins to let them know if they back down we are going to make them hurt.
