Williams should be in jail let alone off the BOD IMO. Holding financials hostage is patently against SEC regs. Maybe he wouldn't go to jail but surely a fine? Posting on IHUB while on BOD, not getting financials filed during the time he ran the show and did all the filings - just inexcusable. Who knows what else this clown has done.
