Sure looks like VALE is extremely serious
about staying in NEWFOUNDLAND for the next 99 years.

This new Processing Plant should be completed in about 18 months.

Now N. LUCKY is the BULLSEYE of the whole VALE-LUCKY Deal,
and the option has about 18 months left for VALE to decide, amazing.
It is possible that VALE may want to BUYOUT the whole LUCKY instead, my opinion.
