LG, I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, but have you considered obtaining restraining orders, seeking prosecution under the anti-stalking laws, seeking prosecution under the RICO (anti-racketeering) statute, etc.? Maybe you should see a good criminal lawyer (I'm just a plain old labor lawyer, so I don't know much about these things).

Good luck dealing with these issues...
