The original posting of 7/11/11 about money market maker giving information to FINRA and the time said it takes was 14 to 30 days to get a response. The 9/2/11 news story about the update stating what was going on with the FINRA said that the last information went to them at the end of August. So the response could be in mid September until the end of the month if we go by what was reported on 7/11/11.
I think the same day response by staff to my email about the re-listing on 8/22/11 taking 5 to 10 days is erroneous.
