DEATH SPIRAL-Why make filings to show mega millions of shares issued. New debt conversion will be frantic now that the stock is plunging and there is risk that we will be at $0.00001 soon. Another 10 million share dump could take us under, and we will never reach billions of shares.REMEMBER THE COMPANY STATED THEY NEED 10 Million DOLLARS MORE.
