I truly believe this is on her mind now. Do you recall the "including the court" words at the last hearing (the one after Labor Day). She may well now believe that there is significant evidence sufficiently showing that the debtor, and WGM, did not try to maximize the value of the estate and, by failing to do so, they are principally responsible for why this case has not closed yet. If that is where her head is, I think she would be wise to wait before using that club.
