And my belief is that the judge will not go back to square one because of the cost involved in prolonged litigation. I certainly do not want this case to end up like the case in Dickens' Bleak House (where, at the end of the novel,the case ended up costing so much that the winner ended up with nothing).

I think she will try to find some way to require modifications to this POR, telling the debtor - again - to make certain changes and resubmit.
