When did we ever discuss Green Log being on the SUPPLEMENTAL TRADEMARK REGISTER?

Yes HEDGE all of your posts regarding the trademark until NOW alluded that it would NEVER be approved,

You do know it's just a SUPPLEMENTAL don't you? The Green Log trademark was REFUSED, and then Carl asked for it to be on the Supplemental Register........do some DD!

Secondary trademark register for the USPTO. It allows for registration of certain marks that are not eligible for registration on the Principal Register, but are capable of distinguishing an applicant’s goods or services. You can look last year and see the letter the USPTO sent Carl REFUSING the Green Log trademark and why. Carl then didn't do anything and the application was ABANDONED.

It was revived when Carl asked for Green Log to be on the Supplemental Register.
