Yes.... looks like they are to the point where even if they had an actual order, they couldn't buy the materials to build it!

Their bank is suing them, their wood supplier is suing them, and the Federal government has liens against any assets that they do have...

If the larger shareholders are reading this board and getting the real facts... EXPH will be at no bid shortly.

I really do feel bad for those that believed and lost it all... but not for those that did it... or those that enabled/helped them to...
