Hi Point Studios and IC Places, Inc., a publicly traded company trading on the OTCQB under the stock symbol ICPA (OTCQB: ICPA) (PINKSHEETS: ICPA), announced today that the two companies have entered into a multi-tier production and marketing partnership.

Under the partnership, IC Places will move its production offices from Winter Park, Florida to Hi Point Studios in Hollywood, CA to house the filming and production offices for its shows. IC Places will maintain its Florida studios and offices to house editorial staff and filming on the east coast.

The first production at Hi Point will be IC Places' "The Home Entertainment Review 2.0." The newly re-envisioned show will be produced at Hi Point Studios on a custom built sound stage created specifically for the program. The show will be co-hosted by comedian Brandon Gibson and red carpet host and IC Places founder Steven Samblis.

In addition, IC Places will have special access to the television shows and movies being filmed at Hi Point Studios. IC Places will work with Hi Point to deliver to IC Places viewers exclusive, behind the scenes, "1st Look" shows featuring the actors, directors and producers of the films and television shows being produced on the lot.

IC Places will have preferred access to the red carpets and DVD release events of movies filmed at the studio and will bring that coverage to IC Places' viewers through its "Red Carpet: 1st Look," and "Home Entertainment Review 2.0" shows.

Hi Point will supply an online purchase link for DVD and Blu-ray releases and pay IC Places an affiliate fee for each unit sold.

"It has been our long term plan to have a presence and direct partnerships with studios in Hollywood, CA, the mecca of film and television," said Steven Samblis, of IC Places. "Our presence in Hollywood over the past few months has already translated into greater access to premieres, events and actors alike, enhancing our current programming. Our business model is based upon making money every time a consumer visits one of our city sites to view hot, topical content. Now, with our home studio being in Hollywood, it means greater access to premier programming, thereby increasing viewership and translating to more revenue to our bottom line."

"IC Places has proven to be an innovator in short form video entertainment," said Frank Pinnock, Executive in Charge of Production at Hi Point Studios. "Their 'Instant Movie Review' and 'Home Entertainment Review' shows will be a welcome member to our production family. As a studio, to have these programs and the IC Places studio on our property is a great benefit and a very symbiotic relationship. The millions of viewers IC Places programming receives each month will benefit Hi Point Studios by quickly exposing our movies to an even greater audience."

IC Places shows can be seen at www.icPlaces.com, www.Mevio.com and on the hour-long weekly show "theBite," featured in 3,000 quick service restaurants such as Taco Bell, Carl's Jr., Wendy's, Denny's and KFC across the United States.
