Just over a penny? Wrong. The price/sales ratio is already under 1 right now which is low for a company with revenue growth. The stock could run alot higher than 1 penny. Particularly if they continue to land substantial contracts. The market cap here is only around $6 million and they just landed a $2 million contract.
