Thanks, but I think I'll just ride out the storm. I have a lot invested, but I'm planning on holding it for a few years anyway. The algae thing is big for those who know about it -- but it's still relatively unknown amongst the general investing public -- and it's green, which means it's probably too speculative for the major investment players. Once it gets out to the Great Unwashed mainstream, the whole industry will have a bubble, just like IT did a decade ago. So I'm going long. But for people playing the market, this one will be a volatile ride, I'm sure, so lots of chance to do day trades I reckon.

And just one example of what I mean by algae tech being unknown...I was out drinking here in Japan and we were beside a Lufthansa flight crew. I was talking to the pilot about the fuel situation, gas prices etc. I brought up Lufthansa's biofuel project -- they were the first ever to fly with biofuel (although not algae based), and the first algae based flight was actually done in Berlin (see link here)...he had no idea what I was talking about. So if he's that clueless, you can imagine what the rest of the world is like. He was pretty drunk though so I should cut him some slack.

Anyway, I'm in for the long haul, and you might want to hedge your bets by holding onto a position in OOIL yourself, just in case you've called this one wrong :)
