This is the screen name to which I was referring, although I referred to it as PGI Energy. Since you and the company are now aware that shareholders (at least those monitoring this board) have learned that an additional 3B shares have been added to the AS, does management have a comment about it? How can there possibly be shareholder value if an additional 1B shares is going to be authorized every month (as was done in July, and again in Aug)?
