The way I read the PR was that the non-nuke and a PI were used together in both studies, which would make it impossible to determine with certainty whether the non-nuke or the PI were truly at fault.

There were two separate P.I.'s used in two different studies (GS9451 and GS9256) and each study experienced one SAE.
