WRONG ... getting out of the DTC Global Lockdown is very difficult and the underlying reasons for the lockdown must be cured.
Money alone will not solve the issue.
DTC obviously noted some trading irregularities or was informed by the SEC and/or FINRA of "issues" with SLRW.
