What a joke this ruling is and how transparent is this federal agency in their desire to maintain full control over the handling of cannabis. They know that the slippery slope of current marijuana legislation is precariously dangling on a cliff peak, and one wrong decision on their part will send the whole thing spinning down the hill.

Of course they don't want to fund PRIVATE enterprises in the pursuit of cannabis research...since then they would forfeit control over any major medical advances discovered (which they are already well aware of!) through this research, and would therefore not be able to squash said findings in order to maintain the status quo for their constituents in Washington who grease their palms....LOL

But our time is coming folks...and the bill currently being bandied about which I posted yesterday could very well be the gas in the tank towards that end. I hope as many folks here as possible contact their legislators using that form letter and move the winds of change along towards overcoming marijuana prohibition. It's about freakin time!!
