Home Entertainment sales are nowhere on the radar. Until broadband is in a majority of homes, who cares. I think thats why Gates goes with immeadiate success .. digital video players with sales potential greater than the Ipod for this year. Where e.Digital aims low, or 2-4 years out, MSFT consistently "rides the wave". Thats the difference between good technology strategists, and ones that are pretenders.
