Amazon has a fullfillment center in Irving Texas and could hence be taen to small claims court in the county Irving is located - Tarrant? Suspect so or else Dallas County

Imagine a class action law suit against Amazon requiring them to compensate those who purchase items on their web site and then are told "out of stock" - huge costs for Amazon - multi millions perhaps even 50 million. Just to go back and find the instances and then compensate the individuals would be very costly from a data processing stand point.
