So, am I to understand that, as long as HFBG is not a front for illegal activity (drug smuggling, money laundering, etc) then it is a legitimate business? If that's the case - unless you have information linking her and HFBG to illegal activity that I haven't heard - your point #4 about JAG running this as a legitimate business is being fulfilled.
