Shareholder Update on DTC Issue

Dear Shareholders and Investors,

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I am very aware of our issue with the DTC. Resolving this quickly is at the top of my agenda. Since early this morning, I have been on the phone with the DTC directly, as well as, our new attorney and TD Ameritrade. We have identified the problem, and we’re moving to complete the necessary steps to immediately put Hall of Fame Beverages in good standing with the DTC, and at the same time, all brokerage houses.

After making many calls, I feel confident that our attorney and I can quickly put this issue to rest. Be assured this will be a top priority with me. We will be up to speed and once again, trading fully with all brokers in short order.
