They could also adopt some type of slogan that sings the praises of the socks, and then have a site devoted to some type of sock giveaway. There are several sites that are devoted to free stuff and freebies that would advertise the giveaway for free.

A budget of $1000 to $2000 could also be used to advertise the free sock giveaway on Facebook.
