why?? Kat's properties have been proven to have potential value by many qualified geologists in good standing. Also, our CEO, Ken Stead has built a solid reputation in the NF mining industry with numerous JV's under his belt. Additionally, Kat has been able to attract financing on an ongoing basis since inception.... a testament to Ken Stead, his relationships, his Geologists, and most importantly.... the properties such as Rusty Ridge, Handcamp, Cabot and Twilight.

All my opinion, of course.
I also respect your opinion, based largely on an overly pessimistic outlook of Kat's actual potential.
