James Denverson Corp. (JDC) www.denverson.com holds various patent applications pertaining to smokeless cigarette technology. Since 2006, the Company has mobilized all its efforts to successfully research and develop, produce for the exploitation and sales of the world s first cold nicotine and smoke-free cigarette. Initial prototypes have been produced.
The smokeless cigarette of JDC is based on a very simple technical slider construction. It looks and it feels like a traditional tobacco cigarette. No electric devices or batteries are required. By tapping the Denverson cigarette on a firm surface or by pressing one end, the nicotine depot gets breached and the cigarette is ready to enjoy. No harmful substances from burning tobacco are produced as there is no tobacco at all. Nicotine in very low volumes and individual flavor substances create the taste and the feeling classical smokers desire.
In order to intensify the international licensing and marketing of the smokeless cigarette, JDC has established the company IP Marketing AG. A first milestone of this new venture has been the signing of an agreement with a Polish engineering and marketing group to develop and finance series production machines. The Polish group will also manage the marketing and sale of the smokeless cigarette in Poland, the Baltic Countries and the Czech Republic which is scheduled for the end of 2010. From these expected sales JDC will receive royalty income out of each smokeless cigarette sold. This sub-license agreement can be seen as a model for future marketing and sales activities of the JDC division. By integrating regional partners through sub-license agreements JDC is able to avoid risky and cost intensive investments in connection with entering and new regional markets and to use the expertise and regional presence of such sub-licensees.
James Denverson Corp. will further develop tastes and different product lines of the smokeless cigarette. In addition to the smokeless cigarette JDC will develop and market franchise and merchandize products related to the smokeless cigarette and the brand James Denverson.
