I don't recall CW giving an actual estimate, but I could have missed something?



I guess I should have elaborated it was a qualified estimate...I think it was in response to a question, and he said that if it wasn't something too serious (which he had no way of knowing) TEVA could put together a response by middle of the year and the agency would take 4-6 months to review it (based on MNTA experience) putting it towards the end of the year. Could be lots longer with more severe problems. So in rethinking about it, probably it was "as soon as the end of the year" rather than a true estimate considering what might be wrong. MNTA doesn't really know much better than we do...if they'd known sole generic status for 12+ months they wouldn't have raised in December.
