I memorized the Constitution and my state's laws to pass the POST board tests.
I never had a judge rule against one of my arrests and never heard about it from anyone else.
You guys are so credible and well spoken that it almost seems true but I can assure you that, at least in jury trials, the judge can instruct the jury to ingnore those kind of arguements.
In non-jury trials the judge gets to decide on his own whether to consider the arguement.
I pray none of you ever gets into the court system.
jmho but you would probably get the max sentence and wait a loong time for an appeal.
I love you guys though and am learning a lot. I think the real point is to resist properly at the first contact. Once you are in "the system" I doubt anything will work.
