Page 18 on the bottom states, that they want to sell GMND within the next 3 yrs. I'm thinking that if it is a viable business at that time EMXC who has taken a position in this company might be considering buying it out. They could be accumalating during this time as it is cheaper today comapared to tomorrow if their plans fall into place.
