None whatsoever, in fact if anything things have gotten worse. FINRA and the SEC cannot possibly be as incompetent as it appears.
Sure seems to me like Patrick Byrne was spot on and they are captured. I would think we will see more and more whistlebowers from both groups stepping up to the plate because contrary to what lots of folks believe, most folks do have a conscience and are honest. All imho.
