I assume you get paid for these 'written presentations of partnering concepts'. Presumably you are compensated by the prospective partners (Pharmas), or by the company seeking the partnership (Cortex), or both. Wouldn't the possible fore-knowledge of a deal make it risky for you to own any stock in the companies involved?
