Honestly? No, it doesn't. I truly believe that we will hear something soon about the closing of this deal.

jpru, we've seen SO many signs that this is a done deal. The biggest of which is SURG's website. Man, it might as well be CNUV's website - we're plastered all over it. Every update CNUV puts out is on the site. That wouldn't happen - these businesses would not have so tightly intertwined so early in the process - if this wasn't going to happen.

It's my opinion, take it for what it's worth.
