I had said it in the past, but there is "mounting" evidence (from several sources) that the trials being sponsored by Roche, Stand Up To Cancer, and the NCI in combination with chemotherapeutic agents is having a great degree of efficacy on a highly, once untreatable cancer (pancreatic).
Yes, I am "talking up my book" (I do own CRIS), but I also monitor patient boards as well, and, as I have said in the past, the BCC indication for Hh and Curis is small, but if they show overwhelming results in indications such as pancreatic (which I believe they will), it will be a whole ballgame for CRIS and INFI.

I'm not suggesting this won't turn out to be true, but I would ask what "mounting" public evidence exists to show that the CRIS hedgehog inhibitor is leading to a great degree of efficacy in treating pancreatic cancer. That video doesn't do it for me. While it references some complete responses, it's not clear that they are referring specifically to the CRIS hedgehog inhibitor. The video just talks generally about treatments for pancreatic cancer. Do you have some other evidence to support your assertion?
