But when do the Queen patents expire? T-DM1 might well be approved only after expiration.

Per slide 46 of http://pdl.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/PDL-Corporate-Overview-August-20111.pdf , it sounds like all relevant patents for PDLI expire at the end of 2014 but they expect royalties to continue until ~2016.
