Individual stocks are starting to look better as well, which supports the thought behind the DOW being finished with it's shenanigans....or maybe I should say - close to being finished, right? :)

We all know Sept is typically a back and forth month.

BUT some will have found their lows in Aug (techs maybe?) and many others will find it in Sept.

IMHO - The time to snag some stocks on the lows before fall sets in is quickly ending.
