Interesting observations on last few days of trading:

a. Volume on AAS exploded, surpassed NGT. Before it was the reverse.

b. Buyers on AAS have profiles of institutions looking for volume. One of the AAS' executives is now stationed in Toronto, that was a brilliant move. Last time, allegedly it took AAS a couple of days to lock down the private placement. Being in the financial capital can be strategically advantageous --- closer to institutions to tap their capital.

c. NGT appears to be followed more by the retail investors. One would ask why the buyers won't take advantage of the cheaper price offered by NGT. Maybe the buyers (mostly institutions) here are looking for size and AAS has size. Exception is Haywood buying in size on NGT, Haywood (Tognetti is one sharp cookie there) is probably in tune of what's going on.

d. The size of AAS is likely coming from the 20cents warrants holders exercising early. That may explain the swell in liquidity and market still move not much despite the millions of shares volume. So Marcos may be right on the nose, they may not need to do any immediate financing.
