TRCPA - I have been going down that very road. Why Hong Kong? My thoughts immediately go to the Chinese water treatment trial. But then why involve QL? I am also struck by Brian's inclusion of fertilizer in our discussion. Why was that important to him to bring into our conversation? Too many riddles to consider - for now.
