And, yet the stocks bounce higher months later! BMY and PFE are higher this AM on the news.

But both stocks traded down slightly at the open and as of 10:26 BMY was slightly underperforming the market (which is up fairly sharply) and PFE was outperforming it somewhat. Not clear they are up "on the news".
