That would be good but his answer will be "I don't care what the bashers on these boards say". That is despite the various aliases he has used from the beginning to pump this.
The truth is his position is indefensible so he will never go to court he just threatens. He hasn't taken me because he knows all to well that I am telling the truth and that despite his ability to lie through his back teeth, he is able to recognise this. I would be happy to take him on and can easily support such an action financially - sadly he pulled such a trick with others who would physically damage him but are not willing to call his bluff.
