Official filings in Nevada say he is the only BOD. unlike you, he did not call an illegal meeting and vote illegal and non-voting shares to hi-jack a publicly traded company, which i'm betting is a federal offense. like you joe, i love it when the call is made and cards have to be shown, because that will tell who has played real cards and who has just bluffed and played everyone else.
