Please, how was MMTC determined to be a scam, without proof I have to report TOS.

You didn't comprehend my statements correctly. I was answering the question of the CEO's "issued shares". That was already determined. The scam part will be determined soon, in my opinion. I'm thinking the same type...action...that happened before that led to the reaction below is, more or less, happening again. I have "evidence of indicators" that I have passed on to the authorities. I'm debating whether to post those "evidence of indicators" here. But for now, this will have to suffice:

The Company believes that Divine was not entitled to convert the debentures in question and intends to vigorously defend this matter as the lawsuit proceeds.

On September 8, 2009, the Board of Directors approved a September 3, 2009 settlement of a lawsuit brought against the Company in May 2009 by purchasers of the Company’s convertible debentures sold by Divine Capital Markets.
